Influencers of the past

This website sums up the outcome of our research about important people of Paris, in the years 1884 and 1908. The aim was to visualize these people on maps from the past, and hopefully see an evolution between two centuries.

The "important people of Paris" that we are talking about are the people listed on two documents. The first one is "Annuaire du grand monde Parisien, année 1884", and the second one is "Paris-mondain : annuaire du grand monde parisien et de la colonie étrangère", both found on Gallica BNF.
